Natural disaster are terrible things. things do happen in the world like war, disaster and disease. But what define us is not what happen, but how we fight to win the battle. Now we are facing another battle, the COVID-19. Everyone from all life stages are prone to catching the virus. Many live are suffering, fighting and hoping. This battle would be tough but not impossible to win. COVID-19 fighting.

Practical Tips on How to fight COVID-19.

1. Practice Good Hand Hygiene.

Teach our children how the proper and frequently hand wash. WHO said COVID-19 can spread through personal contact.

2. Avoid Crowded Areas

COVID-19 Battle have high rich in acquiring infection in crowded placed, so don't exposed yourself and your family places like malls, market and public transportation.

3. Boost Immunity

Strong Immunity system is a good start to fight battle. Eat balanced diet of lean, meat, fruits and vegetables.

4. Stay at Home , Use face Mask

Safe family at home. When it is needed to go out don't forget to use face mask.
